High Density Storage
Maximize Capacity. Minimize Footprint.

What Is High-Density Storage?
High-density racking minimizes wasted space by using compact layouts and deeper storage lanes. These systems are ideal for facilities with:
Limited floor space
High pallet counts
Seasonal or bulk inventory
Low to moderate SKU variety

Popular High-Density Options
Drive-In / Drive-Thru Racking
Drive-in systems allow forklifts to enter from one side to store pallets deep, using a Last-In, First-Out (LIFO) method. Drive-thru systems provide access from both ends, supporting First-In, First-Out (FIFO). Both are ideal for storing large volumes of the same SKU, offering high density with fewer aisles.
Push Back Racking
Push back racking uses carts on inclined rails, storing 2–6 pallets deep per lane. As pallets are loaded, they push the others back; as one is removed, the rest roll forward. This LIFO system is perfect for medium-turn inventory with multiple SKUs per bay.
Pallet Flow Racking
Pallet flow uses gravity rollers to move pallets forward in a FIFO sequence. It’s great for high-volume or date-sensitive products, improving pick speed and reducing forklift travel. Commonly used in cold storage, grocery, and distribution.
